Chaguanas North and Scarborough Secondary remained the lone teams still with 100 per cent winning records when matches in the BG T&T/First Citizens Secondary Football League Championship Division continued on Tuesday.

In the Central Zone, Chaguanas North made it six wins from as many matches with another lopsided victory, 12-0 over Presentation College of Chaguanas.

Elisha Zidan led the way for Chaguanas North with a beaver-trick while Keston Boyke upped his tally to seven goals in two matches with a hat trick.

Isaiah Codogan chipped in with two gaosl while Maalik Campbell, Louie Johnson, and an  own goal from Presentation accounted for the other items as Chaguanas North moved to maximum 18 points, seven ahead of Couva East while Presentation slipped to third with nine points.

Couva East had a 2-1 win over Miracle Ministries 1 while the match between ASJA Boys and Tabaquite did not take place due to a no show of match officials.

Over in Tobago, Scarborough Secondary got a goal each from Taffarel Joseph, Kellon James and Jaiye Sheppard in a 3-1 defeat of Goodwood for a fifth straight victory and 15 points, five ahead of Signal Hill which came up against Bisho's High at Mt Pleasant, yesterday.

Mason Hall was also in winners row, 3-2 over Roxborough led by a  double from Gereb Louis.

East Mucurapo Secondary opened a six-points lead at the top of the North Zone with a 1-0 win over Malick Secondary in their top-of-the-table meeting.

East Mucurapo now has 13 points from five matches while Malick remained on seven, one more than Tranquillity, 3-1 winners against Diego Martin Central.

In the East, Five Rivers (11 points) drew 1-1 with Barataria South to stay four ahead of Valencia, 3-0 victors over Arima North, and Toco, the latter of which was on a bye.

And Down South, leaders Pleasantville missed a chance to widen its one point lead at the top after it fell 1-0 to Princes Town West.

Despite the loss, Pleasantville battled past Vessigny 2-1 in their top two battle to extend its advantage to four points.

At the end of each zone’s two rounds of round-robin matches, the zonal champions will qualify to the Championship Division “Big-Five” from which the top three teams will be promoted to the Premier Division.
