Way to go villagers of Springvale, who when confronted with marauding bandits, gave them a dose of their own medicine. Oh my God, for how long will we, the unarmed citizenry, be at the mercy of these crazed cowards, who feel that because they have a gun in hand and a jockey shorts around their face, they can do what they want.
These murdering thieves come at you, with impunity - they beat you, they take what you have worked for. If you say “Please sir, leave me alone,” they put the gun by your head and ask you “Who is your daddy today?” They have taken on a new modus operandi to brutalise Chinese nationals like it’s the in-thing to do. When they are caught, they expect almost celebrity treatment from the police, never mind they shoot first.
Ask the family of Sergeant Manwarren, ask Corporal Benjamin, what it feels like. The police files are full of cases where officers exercised restraint when dealing with robbers and paid with their lives.
Not once we have heard that people have to close their business, they have to go into hiding, they have to hire security guards to accompany them to the toilet because they are successful businesspeople who are the targets of planned, well thought out and strategically executed robberies, hijackings, kidnappings.
This country has gone mad since this new Government has come into power. Three Ministers sit quietly, drawing salaries and driving around to funerals in Prados.
The Prime Minister is more concerned with who got houses to allegedly conceal findings of ‘plant-like substances’ at a former Prime Minister’s home, rather than the safety of the country.
Alas, our Prime Minister appears well ensconced in his comfort zone, thinking he cannot be sued for character slander and false and misleading statements.
This is what we have to do. We the majority must confront the minority who hold us to ransom. We must not be afraid. The police have a job to do, but we cannot sit and wait to be raped, robbed, maimed and then call the Police after the fact. Thank you fellow villagers for showing that you have what it takes! That’s what we is talking ‘bout!
