
Two men and a teenager with alleged links to gang activity in Chaguanas, have been charged with the October 17, 2015 murder of Amos Dick, according to a statement from the police.
The accused Junior Nesbitt, 24, Adrian Clarke, 29 and Malcolm Quintin, 17, appeared before Senior Magistrate Jo-Anne Connor in the Chaguanas Magistrates’ Court to answer to the charge.
Dick was shot and killed on 17 October, 2015, while at the corner of Mano Street and Postman Drive, Enterprise, Chaguanas.
Nesbitt, a plumber, also known as “Abdool Malik” and Clarke alias ‘Cudjoe’ a vendor are both from Enterprise, Chaguanas, while 17-year-old Quintin is a secondary school pupil of Bank Village, Carapichaima.
The three were not called upon to enter a plea as the charge was laid indictably.
The matter was postponed to May 11th, 2016, when they will reappear in the Chaguanas Magistrates’ Court.
