Bankers Insurance Company Limited continues to invest in sports in T&T and recently came on board cricket with a outfit sponsorship for one of the top local cricket teams Merryboys Sports Club.
Merryboys Sports club which campaigns in the top flight of domestic cricket was happy to partner with Bankers and president of the club Patrick Rampersad said: ”We are very happy that Bankers Insurance has come on board to assist us with this sponsorship. It is becoming increasingly difficult to fund the cricket club and any help coming our way is welcomed.
“Bankers is a top class company and so too is Merryboys, so the partnership is one that is perfect.” Bankers currently assists Central FC in the Pro League, as well as a number of local athletes, preparing for international competition.”

Merryboys are the defending champions in the T&T Cricket Board (TTCB) Premiership 50-overs tournament and with Queen’s Park and Merryboys are one of the most successful cricket clubs in the country within recent times.
